Our Mission:
Fairfax GMC aspires to be a multicultural Wesleyan Holiness Church, led by God to make disciples of Jesus Christ who worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly.

To establish and grow a traditional methodist multi-cultural church, based in western Fairfax, serving Northern Virginia,  that will encourage everyone to join a God led journey of bringing new life, reconciliation, and the presence of Christ to all people, and to help one another reflect the character of Christ

Our Pastor:

Rev. Dr. Paulo Da Silva
Paulo has a PhD from Asbury Theological Seminary and he was ordained as an Elder in the Global Methodist Church, July 11, 2022 by GMC Bishop Emeritus J. Michael Lowry.

Locally, Rev. Da Silva served at Floris UMC and assisted in launching their Latino Ministry some years ago and last served as Pastor at Mt. Vernon UMC.

He, with the support and help of his wife, planted the largest UMC in Brazil.

I have worked with Paulo at General Conference and can fully endorse him as a traditionalist minister of the Gospel. It is exciting to hear of the possibility to start a new church in Fairfax County! Blessings on your vision and your work to make it happen.
